Privacy Policy

01 Who we are

Maxway Infotech ("we", "us", "our") is a software, game and web development company based at Near Amrapali Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our enquiry forms.

02 Information we collect

When you fill in an enquiry form (the pop-up, contact page, or any form on our service pages) we collect:

• Your WhatsApp number with country code (required) and, if you add them, your mobile number, name, email address and message or project requirements.
• The page you sent the form from, and how you reached our website: the referring website, the first page you visited and campaign tags in the link (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content).
• Technical details sent by your browser: IP address and browser/device type (user agent), used for security and spam prevention.

03 Partly filled forms

To make sure we can call you back even if the connection drops, the form saves your details as soon as you have typed a complete 10-digit WhatsApp number, before you press the submit button. The details you have entered at that moment (WhatsApp number and any name, email or mobile number) are stored as an incomplete enquiry. If you do not want us to keep them, write to us at info@maxwayinfotech.com and we will delete them.

04 How we use your information

• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to send quotations and project proposals you ask for.
• To manage our enquiries internally (assigning them to our team, notes and follow-up status).
• To understand which pages, services and marketing campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve our website and marketing. Our marketing team sees this information with your contact details hidden.
• To protect the website against spam, abuse and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

05 Sharing your information

Your information is used by the Maxway Infotech team only. We share it with service providers that help us run the website and our business (for example web hosting, email delivery and, where enabled, Google Analytics) only to the extent they need it to provide their service, or when the law requires us to disclose it.

06 How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage a possible or ongoing business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

07 Security

Our website uses HTTPS, our admin area is protected by individual user accounts, role-based access and login protection, and access to full contact details is limited to the staff who handle enquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

08 Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Send your request to info@maxwayinfotech.com from the email address or phone number you used, so we can verify it is you. We respond within a reasonable time, as required by applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

09 Cookies and similar technologies

Information about the cookies and browser storage this website uses is in our Cookie Policy.

10 Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
