01 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep small amounts of data in your browser's local storage. Both are used to make a website work, remember choices and understand how it is used.
02 What this website uses
- Visit source (browser local storage, kept 30 days): when you first arrive we remember the referring website, the first page you opened and any campaign tags in the link (UTM). This is sent with an enquiry form, so we know which page or campaign the enquiry came from. It contains no name or contact details and is not shared with other websites.
- Small display preferences (browser local storage) on some pages, for example which tab or section you last opened.
- Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga), when analytics is switched on for the website: they measure visits, pages viewed and how visitors use the site, as anonymous statistics. Google's use of this data is described in its own privacy policy.
- Login cookie for the admin area: only staff who sign in to our admin panel receive it. Visitors to the public website do not.
03 Embedded content
Some pages may show content from other services, such as Google Maps or YouTube videos. Those services can set their own cookies when you view or play the embedded content.
04 Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or use a private/incognito window. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The website and its forms keep working without them; we may only not know which page or campaign brought you to us.
05 More information
How we handle the personal information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
