PAN (Permanent Account Number) is a unique identification number assigned to all the taxpayers in India. It is a 10 digit alphanumeric number in the form of a card, issued by the Income Tax Department in India.
The main purpose of PAN Card is to link all the transaction of the person or a company with the income tax department. PAN Card is issued to anyone who pays taxes in India including individuals, companies, non-residents, etc. No two taxpaying entities can have the same PAN Number.
A customer needs to submit the required documents along with the PAN Card application form. The documents are scanned by the agent to send it further. The documents include
